Great customer service and quick to respond. Surf n Turf was a life saver as we were vacationing in off season and they were fast to reply about paddle board rentals and the owner was nice, knowledgable, and was prompt with pick up and communications. David was extremely kind, I couldn’t recommend him enough! At first, we weren’t sure of the weather, so he drove out to the beach early in the morning to check the waves for us. An hour in of our session, the tides were so rough and we couldn’t paddle board anymore, so David gave us a partial refund and pick up our boards. We even broke one of the paddle on accident because of the tide, but he was kind and said everything was okay!
